Founder
Hi there! My name is Maria Julia, I am a Venezuelan young entrepeneur of 25 years old who is currently living in Miami since 2014, founder and CEO of The Healthy Move. I came up with the name in 2017. It all started as an Instagram account where I shared my healthy and yummy recipes, recommended places to visit in town, where to shop and motivational quotes, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
One thing led to the other and it became a successful healthy baked goods company. I am truly passionate about spreading my love throughout my products and keep innovating to maintain my community happy, enjoying a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Feeling good with yourself makes your life easier. In THM we empower our clients to take a healthier approach on their lifestyle by offering a range of healthy products for their everyday cravings.
